Yesterday, because of something, all files at my mobile memory card were gone! Gosh! There are some new files which haven’t backed up yet.

I connected my memory card to the laptop with a glance of hope that all the files are still there. When I use windows, I couldn’t find any of the files, but when I check the disk property, the free space is fewer than the used space. So I asume that all the files were not missing yet.

Then, I borrow my friend, Dion, macbook, usually some files that could not be read/display at windows appears at mac. Thank God they’re still there! But all the files format such as jpg, doc, etc were changing to chk.

Firstly I tought it’s a virus, but I decided to google it first. What I got, chk is kind of back up files format from windows. Fortunately, it will be restored! Yay! Using one of these software:

unCHKor chk-mate or fileCHK (click to download)

It’s very simple to use the software, download, install, then launch the program. We just need to choose the folder that contain the chk file location, and puff your file is back!

But, again I met promblem. I use the unCHk software, but it’s for windows, I didn’t find which compatible for mac. When I used the unCHK software, I couldn’t find the folder that contain the chk files, because it’s super hidden.
Then I just search at google: how to display super hidden files at windows 7. Restart. The folder still didn’t appear! Again, google it! Change some settings.. and puff! The folder appeared! YEAY!

I’ve got back my files! Thank you google and unCHK!

This morning at the office, I just feel like wanna do nothing. Then I randomly sign in to my facebook. I don’t remember how, but suddenly I was end up seeing the friendship between me and my friend Daniel Prima Putra.

I saw our pictures, at that time I realized that we kinda took so many pictures together. There are more than 500 photos! I have long hair, I cut my hair, I got bangs, I have no bangs, from VGA to mega pixels, gosh we spent so many good times together! LOL!

There it is! I got some idea to share little tiny things about my big friend, Daniel. He is a designer (he got his bachelor degree in it). He got talent! He is also a tenor singer of Dei Angel Voice Choir. I hope we could make friend for another longer time :)

What kind of ship that will never sink? FRIENDSHIP :)

Beberapa hari yang lalu saya mengalami kejadian yang cukup miris di perjalanan berangkat ke kantor. Seperti hari-hari biasanya, hari itu saya bangun di jam biasa saya bangun, di tempat tidur biasa saya tidur, melakukan rutinitas pagi seperti biasa, dan kemudian berangkat ke kantor melalui rute biasa. Namun hari itu saya mengalami kejadian yang mungkin “biasa” tetapi memberi pelajaran yang tidak biasa bagi saya.

Saat itu, saya sedang keluar dari sebuah jalan tikus menuju ke jalan raya. Karena jalan raya tersebut adalah jalan searah, maka saya harus berbelok ke kiri. Setelah saya berbelok, dari arah yang berlawanan terlihat seorang kakek-kakek mengendarai sepeda tua yang sudah karatan dan membawa satu galon penuh air mineral. Air mineral tersebut diikat menggunakan tali karet tebal pada jok penumpang sepeda kakek. Namun ternyata ikatannya kurang kuat, sehingga galon air terjatuh ke jalan raya.

Si kakek yang sudah tua (dan nampak cukup lemah) berusaha untuk mengangkat kembali galon air tersebut dengan sangat kesusahan. Sepertinya sepeda tua karatannya sudah tidak lagi memiliki standard sehingga beliau harus menyandarkan sepeda ke badannya agar sepeda tetap dapat berdiri, sementara kedua tangannya digunakan untuk mengangkat galon air yang terjatuh dan berusaha untuk menaikan kembali galon tersebut ke jok sepedanya. Sangat tidak beruntung, ternyata galon air tersebut bocor karena terjatuh tadi, sehingga pada saat kakek tersebut berusaha mengangkat galon air, air tumpah ke jalan dan sebagian membasahi celana si kakek.

Saat saya melihat kejadian tersebut, saya berusaha untuk menepi ke sebelah kanan jalan (mendekati si kakek). Saya berniat untuk turun dan membantu si kakek. Tetapi karena saat itu saya berada di sisi tengah cenderung ke kiri jalan, saya butuh usaha ekstra untuk berpindah menuju ke sisi kanan jalan tempat si kakek (mengingat kondisi lalu lintas yang cenderung ramai lancar). Namun, baru saja saya menyalakan lampu sen saya untuk memberi tanda kepada pengendara lain, bahwa saya akan menuju ke kanan (saat itu saya tidak mendadak belok, saya cukup hati-hati dalam berkendara), motor-motor dan mobil-mobil lain di belakang mengklakson saya bergantian. Bahkan beberapa pengendara motor menyampingi mobil saya dan berhenti sejenak untuk menggeber gas nya sebagai tanda bahwa dia marah dan tidak mau memberi saya jalan. Akhirnya, saya tidak berhasil berpindah ke sisi kanan jalan, dan sudah cukup jauh di depan si kakek.

Saat berikutnya, saya melihat si kakek dari kaca spion, masih di tempat yang sama, masih berusaha untuk mengangkat galon air minum yang sekarang airnya sudah berkurang hampir setengahnya. Tidak ada satu orang pun yang datang menghampirinya untuk membantu. Malahan beberapa pengendara lain mengklakson si kakek kencang-kencang untuk melampiaskan amarah mereka kepada si kakek yang menghambat kelancaran perjalanan mereka.

Hati saya pilu sekali saat itu, bahkan saat ini ketika saya menulis, masih terasa ngilu di dada saya. Saya mempertanyakan dimanakah tenggang rasa. Dimanakah empati?

Saya mengerti setiap orang punya kepentingannya masing-masing, saya tidak menyalahkan mereka yang belum dapat peduli atau mungkin beberapa orang yang mungkin punya kesempatan untuk berhenti, mungkin mereka benar-benar sangat terburu-buru. Saya juga mengerti si kakek salah, berjalan melawan arah di tengah jalan, dan menimbulkan kemacetan kecil karena insiden kecilnya.

Tetapi bisakah setidaknya sedikit bertenggang rasa? Bisakah tidak perlu membunyikan klakson kendaraan sekencang-kencangnya di depan si kakek dan membuatnya semakin kelabakan? Bisakah tidak perlu mengegas kendaraan di samping si kakek sebagai ungkapan marah karena si kakek mengganggu kelancaran lalu lintas.

Bisakah kita lebih bertenggang rasa?
